JAMII BORA TRUST

We help the needy.

Micro Finance

We offer several types of loans for micro-businesses, school fees, health and housing.

Housing

The dream of all Jamii Bora members is to get out of those slums into better housing.

Health

Jamii Bora Health program was introduced in March 2001 at the request of members.

Tumaini

Tumaini programme provides counselling and encouragement to the poorest of the poor and has concentrated on the street beggars in Nairobi since 1999.

Levuka

Alcoholism and drug addiction is a wide spread disease among the poorest families and created enormous suffering among our members.

WHO WE ARE

We assist members build a better life.

Our experience is that any family, however poor, miserable, and hopeless, is capable of getting themselves out of poverty. We want to strengthen and utilise all the skills, determination and hard work of the people of Kenya to build a better nation through better families.
